Right Blocks missing

If you have installed a theme and the right blocks are missing
(usually when installing the Patched files or phpNuke 7.9 and up)

Your theme needs to be updated as follows

open in themes/YOUR_THEME/theme.php and find

Code:

if ($index == 1) {

Change it to

Code:

if (defined('INDEX_FILE')) {

any editor will do just fine, even notepad.
