The iPhone Dev-Team has released PwnageTool 4.1 which adds supports for the Apple TV 2G and jailbreaks iOS 4.1

Geohot has released his Limera1n jailbreak for iOS devices. We will be posting tutorials on how to use it shortly. Currently, it is Windows only.

Remember if you require an unlock do not upgrade to iOS 4.1, you will need to wait for the next PwnageTool release. The only exception is the iPhone 4 which could be upgraded to iOS 4.1 without updating the baseband.

Apple has released iOS 4.1 for the iPhone and iPod touch bringing numerous new features including a fix for the iPhone 4 proximity issues.

This update contains improvements, including the following:
● Game Center
– Send and receive friend requests
– Invite friends to multi-player games over the Internet
– Play multi-player games by auto-matching with other players
– View LEaderboards and Achievements
– Discover new games from friends

Comex has released his jailbreak for all iOS 4 devices including the iPhone 4. He tweeted a link to http://www.jailbreakme.com.

1. On your iDevice, open Safari.
2. Go to JailbreakMe.com.
3. Slide to Jailbreak.
4. Wait a minute or so while it goes through it’s deal.
5. Enjoy a jailbroken iDevice.
